I'm Roman Udvornocky, an Associate Broker and Office Manager with Brokers Real Estate. Since 2005, I've helped buyers and sellers across Bluffton, Hilton Head Island and the surrounding Lowcountry make confident real estate decisions.
How I Help My Clients
Over two decades with Brokers Real Estate, I've worked on nearly every kind of transaction: first homes and luxury properties, resales and new construction, second homes and investment property, and bank-owned (REO) sales. I earned my broker license in 2009, and managing our office has given me an inside view of what keeps a transaction on track, from pricing and negotiation through inspections, appraisals and closing.
My clients count on clear communication and quick answers. I keep you informed at every step, explain every document in plain English, and give you honest feedback, even when it isn't what you hoped to hear.
Relocating to the Lowcountry?
I've made the move myself, twice: first from Slovakia to New York, then from New York to Bluffton. I know how much it helps to have someone local who understands the communities, the commute and the lifestyle before you arrive. I'm fluent in English, Slovak and Czech, and happy to work with you in whichever language is most comfortable.
A Little About Me
I was born in Czechoslovakia, now the Slovak Republic, where I was a competitive skateboarder and studied at the Faculty of Materials Science and Technology STU in Trnava. In 1996 I moved to New York to study graphic design, and later developed and taught web design and eCommerce at Hendriks Institute. Hilton Head's climate first drew me south, and Bluffton became home. I live here with my wife, Hollie, and our three kids. When I'm not working, you'll find me exploring the Lowcountry on two wheels, remodeling our home, snowboarding, playing tennis, camping or catching the occasional hockey game.
