(GAP). To make the home buying and home
selling process more affordable for all Beaufort County School District employees, Brokers Real Estate has assembled a team of
professionals who will discount their fees.

On the same transaction, District employees can save $250 by getting their loan through a participating lender. Some of the loan products include "nothing down" loans, loans for people with credit problems, and lower interest rate loans for people with good credit and a 20% down payment.
Participating attorneys offer discounts of up to 50% on professional fees for District employees
Finally, don't forget about the Employer Assisted Housing Program. Provided you meet certain requirements, you could be eligible for interest-free loans and grants of up to $10,000.
