GAP Goodies for Home Buyers and Sellers

Brokers Real Estate has agreed to participate in the Golden Apple Program (GAP). To make the home buying and home selling process more affordable for all Beaufort County School District employees, Brokers Real Estate has assembled a team of professionals who will discount their fees.

• Finally, don't forget about the Employer Assisted Housing Program. Provided you meet certain requirements, you could be eligible for interest-free loans and grants of up to $10,000.
